On this project we added a second story to the home for a sound studio and renovated 85% of the first floor including the back deck. The kitchen was outdated and lacked adequate countertop space. The new kitchen boasts a massive 12′ island which serves as the social hub of the house. the new open floorpan allows this family to entertain like they never had before.
